I originally set out to become a physical therapist. While I was in school I became a certified massage therapist to get hands on experience with patients and injuries. I spent three years working at a physical therapy clinic while getting my Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree at California state university of Fullerton. I love combining movement and stretches with soft tissue work to increase mobility and keep you moving and lifting the way you want to!
